We constantly examine and reassess our operations to ensure that we are successfully achieving our stated aims and purposes. We welcome feedback from our service users, their friends, relatives and our staff.
We aim to provide a package of care for each service user that contributes to his or her overall personal and healthcare needs and preferences. We co-operate with other services and professionals to help maximise the independence of everyone we cater for and ensure as fully as possible their maximum participation in the local community.
Prior to providing individual care, we ensure that potential service users’ needs and preferences are thoroughly assessed so that the care we provide meets the needs of each of them. Those needs are re-assessed as frequently as necessary. We continually assess the care and support provided to ensure that it has the flexibility to respond to changing needs or requirements.
We are wholeheartedly committed to providing top quality services and to continuous improvement in the level of the care we offer.
Standards for our managers and staff are based on the national occupational standards for the care industry set by the National Training Organisation.
